New Slice Cutting Machine Troubleshooting Guide

1.The motor does not run after power-on

This failure may be caused by poor power supply contact or loose plugs, or by poor contact of the switch. If this happens, you will need to repair the power supply or replace the plug, or repair or replace the same size switch. Pay special attention to the power must be cut off when troubleshooting!

2.The motor stops rotating during operation

This failure may be caused by too many feeds at one time, jamming the cutter head, or possibly due to poor contact of the switch. At this point you need to remove the cutter head and remove the jammed object, or adjust or switch the switch contacts.

3.The material is not evenly cut, dull, and produces more powder.

There are four possible reasons for this failure. The first reason may be because the blade is too blunt, then you need to remove the blade and sharpen the blade with a sharpening knife.The second possibility is because the sliced material is too hard and you need to continue to soften the material. The third reason may be because the mucus of the material sticks the blade and you need to remove and clean the blade. The fourth reason may be because there is no uniform material to be placed, so you should evenly put in the material for the next operation.

 

And then I want to give you some tips about the maintenance of slice cutting machine parts.

1.During the operation, ensure that each part of the slice cutting machine is tightly locked. If the parts becomes loose, it should be tightened in time. Otherwise, the slice cutting machine can not operate normally, which will cause skips and damage to the instrument itself.

2.Move as little as possible the tool holder and its corresponding parts on the slice cutting machine, as they are all fixed by layer upon layer of interlocking, often causing loose of the groove, which cannot be cut out into ideal slices.

3.The parts of the machine should be inspected frequently and replaced in time if any damage is found.
